ANNUAL SPORTS DAY – 2023 - 24

Namaste & Good afternoon to every one!

Sports are very important because it helps in improving physical and mental health. It
helps us keep fit, remain active and when playing in teams, sports inculcates
discipline, self-esteem, confidence, and team work.

Sports Day is an annual tradition of our school. We are overjoyed to see enthusiastic
participants Drills & Displays lined up in a short period of time.

We take this opportunity to present the Annual Report in respect of the Achievements
of the students in the Sports & Games at International, National, & State level.

I compliment the parents to encourage their children to take part in sports, which is a
physical exercise and necessary these days. Our students took part in a variety of
sports like swimming, badminton, skating, basket ball, chess, table tennis to name a
few at various levels.

International level:

(1) Ruthvika Manne of class IX secured 5th position in Kohinoor cup international
Rhythmic gymnastics championship 2023 organised by Gymnastic association of
Telangana.

(2) Sree Lekha of class X secured 9th Position in Universal Tennis Rating by Tennis
Premier League.

National level:

(3) Tanushree Jaju of class won silver medal in 1st South India Taekwondo
Championship 2022-23 organised by Taekwondo association of Telangana.

(4) Sai Akshara of X participated in the 76th senior national aquatic championship
2023 organized by Karnataka Swimming association.

(5) Kavali Reyansh, Lalith, Lokesh, Nanduri Dhruva from Class IX participated in
the 19th Senior national soft tennis championship 2023 organised by Odisha Soft
Tennis association.

(6) A.Vaitheeswarn, A.Vedanth, from class VI & A.Vaishnavi & Spoorthika


Vadlamani from class IX participated in the 60 th National Roller-skating
championships organized by Roller skating Federation of India.

State level:

(7) Gargeya Himavanth .A of class VII secured 1st position in the Telangana State
level short track Ice Speed skating ICE organized by Ice skating association of
Telangana.

(8) T.Dhatri Chandra of class II-C won silver medal in the 2 nd state level sakshi
karate championship Senshi Karate Do.

(9) S.Navya of class VII secured 3 rd position in the Telangana State Ranking chess
Tournment organized in the L.B.Stadium, Hyderabad.

(10) S.Thanishka of class III stood 3 rd in the 8th Telangana Sub Junior winter inter
district Swimming Championship organized by Telangana Swimming association.

(11) Veditha Reddy of class V participated in the 2nd Telangana state mini juniors
badminton championship 2023 organised by Ranga Reddy District Badminton
association.

(12) Rohan Sreekar participated in the 1 st Telangana Gurukulams All India Open fide
chess tournament organized by Telangana State Chess association.
