    The vessel received 2 bottles each of oxygen and acetylene via shore crane on May 19, 2022 at Yangzhou port. However, they were unable to offload the empty bottles as the shore crane left immediately after transferring supplies onboard and the provision crane could not be used as the vessel was docked on the starboard side while the crane was on the port side.

    Dear Sir,

    Good day,

    Please be informed that we received 2 bottles of oxygen and acetylene each through shore crane at
    Yangzhou port on 19.05.2022. However, we were unable to off-land the empty bottles because the
    shore crane left immediately after transferring the spares and stores onboard and provision crane
    could not be used being on the port side while vessel alongside on starboard side.
