UPDATE ON SHIPMENTS TRANSITING VIA SUEZ CANAL AND RED SEA

Dear Customer,

In view of recent events concerning various container ships being attacked in the Red Sea area, MSC
Ships will not transit via the Suez Canal on its East and West Bound voyages.

To safeguard your valued Cargo, our Vessels and its Crew, all services will be rerouted to go via the
Cape of Good Hope instead.

This disruption will impact the sailing schedule by several days for shipments that are booked via Suez
transit.

We request your kind understanding during these serious circumstances.
