First, let us praise and praise our gratitude to Allah swt who has bestowed his grace so that we can all
gather in this room in good health. sholawat and Salam let us pray to the prophet Muhammad saw. And
may we get his intercession in the yaumul kiyamah later.

Ladies and Gentlemen, glorified by Allah.

Today, I am going to discuss a very serious issue in this schools, which is bullying.

Bullying is an unacceptable act, especially in schools.

It is a harmful behavior and has long-term adverse effects on the mental and emotional health of the
victim.

Allah swt says in Surah al Hujurat verse 11.

Bismillahirrohmanirrokhim.

yaaaaaayyyuhalladziiiina aamanuuu laa yaskhor qoumummmang qoumin ngasaaaaaa ayyakunu

khoirommanhum walaa nisaaaaaa ummannasaaaaaainn ngasaaaaaa ayyyakunnna
khoirommanhunn, walaa talmizuuuuuu anfusakum WA laa tanaa bazuu bil alqobbe',
bi'salismulfusuuquba'dal iiimaan, wamallamyatubb' faulaaaaaaaika humudddoolimuun .

Meaning:

O you who believe, let not one people make fun of another people (for) it may be that they (the made fun
of) are better than they (the made fun of) and let not women (make fun of) other women (for) it may be that
they (the made fun of) are better than they (the made fun of). Do not revile one another and call one another
by bad names. The worst of calls is that of the wicked after faith.
Those who do not repent are the wrongdoers.

From this verse we can understand some important lessons, :

1. The prohibition of insulting others. Allah strictly forbids us to abuse or ridicule others. There is no reason
to feel better or superior to others.
2. not belittling and bullying others. This action not only damages their hearts and feelings, but also creates
disharmony in society, especially in the school environment.
3. Respect differences. Everyone has different physiques, faces, voices, views, beliefs, and cultures.
Respect these differences and avoid unnecessary conflicts.

Ladies and Gentlemen, glorified by Allah.

We all play an important role in preventing and stopping bullying.

When we witness it, we must take a stand.

We can start by :
-being a supportive friend to those who are victims.
- offering support to those who are victims.
- providing more understanding to the perpetrator.
- teaching the students about the importance of tolerance, empathy and respect for differences.
- and Punish perpetrators of bullying.

There is no excuse for bullying. When bullying occurs, we create an unhealthy and hostile
environment for the victim.

It can also make the victim feel alienated and feel that they have no place in this school.

Therefore, let us all work together to end bullying in this school and make it a safe and comfortable place for
students.
I hope this school can become a bullying-free school in the future. And can apply the motto of this nation
which is "BHINEKA TUNGGAL IKA ."

Day after day we have passed at the end of 2023. Hopefully we can all achieve one by one our dreams
and goals that we have designed at the beginning of the year.
Let's take advantage of the last day of this month by continuing to move quickly.
Break the chains of negativity such as: bad habits, delaying work, arrogant bullying, and others
negativity.
