SUBJECT: Oil Change Changes

Dear (coworkers name),

These changes are very important to take seriously, and we need to make
sure that everybody is on the same page. Our changes to the Oil Change Guide
needs to be changed correctly and swiftly to give our customers the best
experience they can have.

Our Oil Guideline Changes

1. Assignments: Each team member will have a specific job in this revision
and needs a to know their role and responsibilities within the project and
to have anyone contact me or the other managers or workers for questions.
2. Timeline: We will have approximately two weeks to get this done at the
latest so nobody can be late on this and if they will email me so that we can
make any adjustments to correct and inform people of delays.
3. Collaboration/Quality: We just need to make sure that we make sure that
everybody collaborates, and everybody makes sure to bring their best work
and their best quality and to make sure we won't need to update the
website again and give the best customer interaction possible. By coming
together and fixing these issues we can then make the website more user
friendly for the user as well as make a more professional website and a
more professional experience for the user. Hopefully with the information
we can bring in new information to our customers.

1. We are scheduling a conference call to discuss the timeline,
quality, and each of the assignments on (date and time). 2. Review
the last guide we put up to start thinking about changing your
wanting to talk about and implement into the updated version.
