Organized National Online Workshop on

Role of IQAC on Assessment and Accreditation Process
On 22 May , 2020

Introduction :-Online workshop started at 10:15 am on Zoom App. All respected

dignitaries, faculty members, Principal of various colleges, and IQAC coordinators
were joined on Zoom and YouTube linked provided by Workshop . Respected
guest K.B.C NMU Vice-Chancellor Dr. P.P.Patil, Pro.V. Dr. P. P. Mahulikar, Registrar
Dr. B.V. Pawar ,Dr. Satish Deshpande ( J.D.Jalgaon Region), Dr. R.S.Patil
(Principal , Shahada), Dr. Promod Pabrekar (RUSA, Mumbai) and etc. all respected
faculty members were present online for workshop success.

Inauguration of workshop :- Firstly general welcome note was presented by Dr.

M.K. Patel (IQAC Coordinator), welcome speech was given by Dr. R.S. Patil and
workshop opening remark presented by Dr. Satish Deshapande . To encourage
workshop participant, K.B.C NMU Vice-Chancellor Dr. P.P.Patil focused on role of
NAAC accreditation and IQAC . Pro.V. Dr. P. P. Mahulikar described about NAAC
preparation and planning in his valuable speech.

Workshop Sessions: - In first session of workshop topic was “Preparation for

NAAC” presented by Prof. Mrs Vani N. Laturkar with Power point presentation .
She gives guidance to participant about how to prepare academicians for NAAC ,
how to apply for Accreditation under new process and how to register our
college.
Second session topic, “Documentation for NAAC” was presented by Dr.
Chandrakant N. Rawal with PPT presentation. In his presentation he briefly
described about various documentation methods, how to collect data from day to
day teaching learning process, arranged seminars’, conferences, workshop,
institutional program, and students feedback, etc all. And he also focus on how to
arrange extra curriculum activities as a best practices.

Third secession of presentation Dr. Vijay Joshi focused on topic “Role of IQAC in
AA process” with PPT presentation. In his lecture Dr. Vijay Joshi emphasized on
the role of IQAC with a new vision like development system, internalization of the
quality culture, Action plan for performance evaluation, quality up-graduation,
Realistic goal setting and realising goals. He also focused on use of various tools
and techniques of assessment for NAAC accreditation.

Summing up:- Lastly in question answer session various questions asked by

participants and for all speakers answered by it very well. Feedback form was
collected from the participant in the end of the session for successful
arrangement and organization of workshop.
