    Subject: Public Holiday Days, Water Festival

    Date: 11/11/2023

    Dear Valued Employees,

    We are writing to inform you that the Water Festival, also known as Bon Om Touk,
    will be celebrated in Cambodia from November 26, 27, 28, 2023. In accordance with
    the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, these days will be considered paid
    public holidays.

    Therefore, Loma Technology Co., Ltd. will be allowed for all staff to take paid time
    off starting from 26th to 28th November 2023, 3days. We will resume our normal
    business hours on November 29, 2023.

    We encourage all employees to take advantage of this time off to relax and enjoy the
    Water Festival festivities.
