    TO: All Staff

    FROM: Supervisor

    DATE: May 01, 2023

    SUBJECT: 2023 Christmas Break

    To give ample time for employees to plan ahead this coming Yuletide season and spend
    more quality time with their family, the office hereby declares the period 26 December
    2023 to 04 January 2024 as Christmas break.

    The scheduled Christmas break from 26 December 2023 to 04 January 2024 will be
    charged to the employee’s five (5) days vacation leave credits for 2023 and as
    replacement for 26 October 2023 which was declared a non-working holiday by
    Malacanang.

    The concerned Directors shall assign employees as skeletal work force during the
    Christmas break to attend to the work of the office.

    Everyone is advised to report back to work on 07 January 2024.

    We wish one and all a joyful yuletide season and a new year of good tidings, good
    health, prosperity and happiness
