SUBJECT: CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY AND RESUMPTION OF WORK

PRIORITY:

Objective: The purpose of this memo is being issued to inform everyone regarding our Christmas Holiday Break and
Resumption of work.

To give all employees time for prayer, rest , relaxation and celebration with family and friends, I wish to inform everybody
the schedule for Christmas Holiday 2022.

1. Last day of work will be on 23 December 2022 (Friday) , a 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM Schedule will be implemented.
Except for those employees who will be needed at the fabrication.

2. Office will be closed from 24 December 2022 (Saturday) until 26 December 2022 (Monday).

3. Office will resume on 27 December 2022 (Tuesday) until 29 December 2022 (Thursday). This shall only apply to
those who need to report to the office, others can use this time to take the rest of the days off or work from home as
needed.

4. In line with the signed proclamation No. 1236, of the former President Rodrigo Duterte, the Philippines has declared
Rizal Day 30 December 2022 (Friday) and New Year’s Day 01 January 2023 (Sunday) as a regular holiday.

5. Amending Proclamation No. 42, Proclamation No. 90 declares 2 January 2023 (Monday) as a special non-working
day.

6. Office will resume on 3 January 2022 (Tuesday).

*Please take note that in order for an Employee to be entitled with the Holiday pay he/she should be present on the
workday immediately preceding the regular holiday. That will be December 23 and December 29.
