1. What are the learnings you gained from your Benire 1 session?

The Benire session taught me that I can experience God’s presence even in the most basic
everyday activities of life

2. What are your realizations or insights about the Lasallian prayers?

The facilitator presented us situations and asked us how we would respond to
these situations. After this, he reminded us how all of our actions should align with our love
for God. We do not do things just for the sake of doing them, but we do things because it
aligns with our faith and our love for the Almighty

3. In a specific way, how will you apply the value of prayer in your life as a
Benildean-Lasallian?
I will apply the value of prayer in my life as a Benildean Lasallian by exercising and
actualizing the Benildean Expressions of the Lasallian Core Values. First, I can exercise Faith
by being God-centered and doing things with integrity. I remind myself that everything I do is grounded in
my love for God
