Isidoro - SB Member/ABC President MUNICIPAL RESOLUTION NO. 2020-12-450 AUTHORIZING THE GRANT OF SERVICE RECOGNITION INCENTIVE (SRI) TO EACH MUNICIPAL OFFICIAL AND EMPLOYEE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2020 IN THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND (P10,000.00) PESOS EACH WHEREAS, Section 444 (a) (1) (viii] of the Local Government Code empowers the Sangguniang Bayan to pass and approve resolutions determining the allowances and other emoluments and benefits of officials paid wholly or mainly from municipal fund; WHEREAS, as government employees deserve to be rewarded to recognize their collective and unceasing participation in and invaluable contributions to the administration’s continuing efforts toward the establishment of a streamlined government processes and more responsive delivery of public service, the Office of the President of the Philippines issued Administrative Order No. 37 dated December 18, 2020 for purposes of authorizing the grant of Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) to government employees for fiscal year 2020 in the amount of Ten Thousand pesos (P10,000.00) and providing for its guidelines as contained in various sections of the aforecited Administrative Order; NOW THEREFORE on a unanimous accord, be it RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to authorize the Grant of the Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) to each Municipal Official and Employee for Fiscal Year 2020 in the amount of Ten Thousand (P10,000.00) Pesos each; ee ‘88 Rein tn 2490 Paget 48 Reale Sci fe?
