My Wish List

One of the most crucial things a teacher can do for their classroom is classroom management. Making
sure the classroom runs well is known as classroom management. A well-managed classroom fosters a
focused and happy atmosphere that fosters student growth. The moment students walk into your
classroom, you should begin teaching classroom management. You can be confident that the pupils and
you are in agreement when the classroom is managed. It is challenging for a teacher to retake control of
their classroom once It has been lost. Structure and student participation are essential for a successful,
well managed classroom. The instructor should also maintain composure and experiment with varied
teaching techniques. There should be organization in every classroom. Every classroom needs
organization because students learn best in an environment with structure. It helps improve pupils’
chances of success in the classroom in addition to giving them a safe environment. Raising learning and
productivity in the classroom is the aim of structure. Establishing expectations in the classroom is a good
place to start. One way to achieve this is to make sure you are well-versed in the rules of the class from
the moment the students first arrive. What is permitted and what is not should be made clear to the
students. Creating a routine for the class is one way to do this.
