MY CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
PLAN
Philosophical Statement
Teaching classes without excellent classroom management is not always a bed of roses. A
successful classroom must thus be created. Everything was finished, including the learning
objectives for each course, time management that was honest and considerate of time
restrictions, and contributions to classroom harmony, politeness, and decency. Likewise, when
inside the classroom has several factors that can affect how well children learn. If they interact
with one another, they will learn more. If students receive quality instruction, they may exhibit
their knowledge. They have boundless and limitless potential if we can properly develop it. A
classroom where students are treated fairly and maintain discipline and consistency at all times.
I can still adapt the honor code, ATTITUDE MATTERS. Indeed, always choose to be kind than
to be right. I will not tolerate any acts of misbehavior to disrupt the positive reinforcement.
Classroom Rules and Procedures
At the very start, I let the students sign the covenant stating that they have followed the
classroom rules and regulations as a homeroom agreement between them and me. There shall
be checks of assignments and attendance, and strict monitoring of the students’ progress on
activities as well as their present status. In line with this, there shall be regular attendance, and
all punctuality is required. Likewise, there shall be movement into the classroom, like before the
start of our class discussion, to ensure cleanliness and orderliness inside the room. There is
already a policy in place, BASURA MO DARA MO, TANGOD KO LINIG KO, as support for
promoting zero-waste classrooms. Furthermore, in a class discussion, students can participate
actively (whatever their interest in the subject is) and in any classroom-related activities. The
next thing I do is merely remind the students to pay close attention while I talk about the subject
in order to get their attention. And one thing’s for sure, RESPECT. As usual, COURTESY must
be observed whether
To maintain a peaceful learning atmosphere, let’s be kind and respectful to one another.
Teacher-Student Relationships
If there is any concern regarding academic and/or personal problems, I, as a surrogate parent,
shall be empathic and considerate; the use of positive and meaningful feedback would be
effective, since I have to ensure that the learner understands the lesson or I am willing to help
them passionately. I may make sure the student comprehends the topic at hand as well. I will
ask my students what they think is required. I only need to share my ideas for future
improvement. In addition, if there is an issue that needs to be solved, I won't criticize the quality
of the students' feedback; instead, I will just let them openly share their ideas and opinions on
the subject. Furthermore, when a student who barely understands the lesson asks for my
assistance in simplifying or clarifying a lesson, I am delighted to help. If there is a problem or
concern with the students, I can provide homeroom guidance or, why not, make a solution
empathically. 
Schedules and Timeframes
There is already a saying that I must adopt: "time is gold." This is true not only for me, but also
for the students who can manage their time in doing all of their activities, and especially for
myself, who only manages my time not just doing such work. Time, space, and resources were
effectively managed in order to prioritize the important tasks to be completed, such as defining
the clear objective and expectations. Setting guidelines can also make it simpler for me to
control the class and achieve the learning objectives. Schedules are fixed and intact for them to
follow and come on time and well-prepared for class. Hence, we shall follow. I shall be well-
prepared for the beginning of the schedule.
Classroom Structure, Design and Arrangements
Everything in this classroom is to be clean and neat, and is pleasant to the eyes. Well-organized
structure around the classroom shall be well-decorated and just simple, but there is no
distracting features.
Classroom Safety Rules and Procedures
In a classroom, there shall be no acts of bullying nor discrimination towards the students, when
it comes to safety, there shall be promoting harmony and peace inside the classroom.
Strategies for Rewards and Consequences
Considering that initiative as a reward for a conduct awardee for those students who instill virtue
and conduct. Plus points are awarded to those who can contribute actively, merely by delivering
their work on time, as well as for outstanding work. And if there is bad behavior manifested, I
shall not just reprimand fairly, but talk privately for a fraternal correction for those who have did,
or why not a homeroom guidance? Furthermore, while giving motivation, I will not say that like
“No, child, Di ka po pwede. Mahina ka talaga” or somewhat rude, because this underscores the
frustration that might endanger him. Instead, it shall be done with a positive reinforcement.
Notice:
After reading and reviewing the classroom learning management plan from different
sources and creating your own plan, answer the following questions.
1. What salient components have you noted?
When I look at a classroom management plan, I see that the rules and
regulations are part of what encourages the students to be disciplined and
consistent. Because following the rules promotes respect while ensuring
equal opportunity. One of them is the timetable and timeframes, where they
can use time management techniques even when performing tasks.
Additionally, while praising students who performed exceptionally, awards
should be given. In order to model expectations, there is reinforcement for
compliance, comprehension, and in relation to classroom regulations. So, in
accordance with the guidelines, I view it as a compliment. Plus points as a
reward for doing an outstanding job. In terms of discipline, this includes
striving to deliver the lesson in order to make the students more engaged and
focused. All of these components of the classroom management plan, I say,
make a student (including me, as a pre-service teacher) a role model in
showing camaraderie, courtesy, and respect to everyone. It is to establish a
positive classroom climate and seek ways to develop learning inside the
classroom.
2. Why is there a need to utilize the information to create your classroom management
plan?
There is a need to utilize the information in creating a classroom management
plan because, in managing the classroom, there are expectations for
practicing discipline and enforcing rules inside the classroom. Effective
classroom management boosts student achievement as well. And of course, it
must be straightforward in achieving these goals in order to be more effective
in meeting the teacher’s expectations.

Reflect:
What were your realizations after creating your classroom learning management plan?
After developing my classroom learning management plan, I realized that, just as
developing a lesson plan is a blueprint for delivering the subject's quality, developing
a classroom management plan is guided by the expected outcomes. It is to clearly
communicate the importance of work and the use of positive and meaningful
feedback. To make my strategy more successful, I must have sufficient knowledge of
what should be included in it. Besides, the most important thing here in classroom
management is that I have set clear ethical guidelines to promote a healthy learning
environment and to help manage the class very well. As I realize, teaching classes
without excellent classroom management is not always a bed of roses; hence, a
successful classroom must be created. Even managing timeframes is challenging
since it would have a significant impact otherwise. It's probably for the best that I'll be
more effective.
