HELLO PADEL
ACADEMY

Padel coaching is an interesting and rewarding career as you inspire people to start playing the game and
empower them to unlock their potential. Every day is a new challenge, from young children picking up a padel
bat for the first time through to players chasing WPT success.

If you would like to take those first steps on the coaching journey, this pathway can guide you through your
coaching career, to become a padel leader and help developing players up to an elite standard.

12 coaches per
course, on each
level
The “Silver Training Course for Padel Coaches” is aimed at those candidates who want to further
improve their coaching skills, after obtaining a Bronze (Level 1) qualification. You will be trained to
work with beginner and intermediate level players.

By the end of this course, the candidate will be able to:

* Coach beginner, intermediate and advanced level players, either in groups or individually.

* Coach kids according to age and playing level.

* Plan and deliver a structured lesson using the

Hello Padel Academy method.

* Assess players’ skills to give effective and

constructive feedback for technical and tactical
improvement.

* Build exercise plans to refine tactics, shots and

overall performance tailored to the players’
needs.

* Foster critical thinking in players to analyse

game situations, playing style, tactical strategies,
decision making.

* Create social media and digital marketing

strategies to promote your activity/business.

 Duration of
the Course
2/3 days - 18 hours
Materials:
• Manual - Silver Training course for padel
coaches (Level 2)
• Welcome Pack.
• 1 Year full access to the Premier Online
Coaching platform by HPA + HP COACH.
• Certificate of achievement Silver (level 2) Padel
Coach by HELLO PADEL ACADEMY.
Course Assessment:
• Practical assessments on court.
• Candidates must attend all course sessions,
and pass all instances of assessment to be
successful.
• Theoretical and practical exams. In the written
exam, all candidates must submit a presentation
including a three-month training plan for
a group of intermediate high performance
players.
• All coaches will be continuously assessed on
technical skills during the three-day course,
which will add up to the final result.
• To obtain the Coach certification from Hello
Padel Academy, you should score a minimum of
70% on both parts of the exam.
Failing the exam: The candidate will be eligible for
a second attempt/resit (free of charge) to pass the
practical and theoretical components. This will be
online, and with the head coach.
Course Pre-requisites:
• Hold the HPA “Bronze Training Course for Padel
Coaches” qualification, or if you already hold a
Level 1 course (or similar) with another qualified
training entity, you can apply for exemption.

Exemptions
You are eligible to bypass the Silver
qualification, if you fall into any of the
categories below:
- Hold own academy and have a
currently or previously hold a WPT/
Spanish championship ranking.
- Hold a Level 2 course (or similar) with
another qualified training entity from
Spain.
In any case, we will evaluate each
scenario, and if applicable, you will be
allowed to attend the Gold course for
padel coaches.
For exemption approval you will need
to contact the Hello Padel Academy
Coaching Department at info@
hellopadelacademy.com, attaching
the pertaining documents. Once
confirmed, you should forward the
approval to the provider of the course
you wish to attend.

The cost of the “Silver Training Course
for Padel Coaches” will vary depending
on the provider (Country and club
offering the course). Price range €450-
600

the Hello Padel Academy regional
centres.
