To whom this letter is addressed,

We, the executive boards/members of Lasallian Pointes N’ Flexes Dance

Company, write this formal letter of impeachment proceedings against the recipient,
Ms. Regine Lhia A. Villanueva, who currently holds the position of President within
Lasallian Pointes N’ Flexes Dance Company. Our collective concerns regarding the
alleged misconduct and breach of public trust necessitate immediate action to ensure
accountability and uphold the integrity of our organization.

As an organization committed to upholding the principles of transparency,

ethical conduct, and good governance, it is incumbent upon us to address situations
where individuals in positions of authority fail to meet the expected standards. Given
the gravity of the allegations against you, we believe it is crucial to undertake through
hearings and investigations into the matter, thereby warranting the initiation of
impeachment proceedings.

We approach this process with the utmost seriousness and adherence to

procedural fairness. Our primary objective is to ensure that our organization remains
a fortress of integrity, where its leaders are held to the highest standards of conduct
and accountability. It is our collective responsibility to safeguard the reputation and
ideals of the Lasallian Pointes N' Flexes Dance Company.
Violation/s:

In accordance with Article VIII, Section 1.5.1. entitled Grounds For

Impeachment against Ms. Villanueva are as follows:
 Tardiness
 Failure to effectively execute the duties and responsibilities of an
Executive Board Officer
 Disclosure of information only exclusive to the Executive Board
members such as the Unofficial Constitution

We appreciate your attention to this matter and acknowledge your dedication

to justice, accountability, and the principles of good governance. We assure you that
despite the circumstances, you remain eligible to maintain your status as an Alumna
within our organization.
