With reference to the above subject, we are pleased to place our LOI for the below mentioned
work and as per attached annexure for our project site.

Scope of Work: Annexure – I give the detailed scope of supplies and price breakup.

1.0 Approval:

This LOI is conditional and will be converted into purchase order.

2.0 LOI Value: -

LOI value for the above Scope of Work is INR without GST

Annexure - I give the detailed price breakup.

3.0 PRICE BASIS: The Prices are based on the attached annexures.

2. Worker Accommodation provided by UMPESL
3. Local Transportation and to/from transportation in subcontractor scope
4. Worker to and fro transport and Fooding in subcontractor scope
5. all PPES item in subcontractor scope
6. You should fulfil the all-compliance requirement of UMPESL
7. Duty Hrs: 12 Hrs, beyond that OT shall be paid on pro rata basis.
8. All tools and tackles in subcontractor scope

Rest of the all terms and conditions remain unchanged as per the agreed GCC and terms and conditions
