Any change / Delay in arrival of ship will be Intimated on Priority
3. Transportation Cost : Inclusive
4. Warranty/ Guarantee : All warranty/ Guarantee terms of the material & service to be
mentioned on Invoice or Provided certificates for the same

5. Work Done : After completion of work, work done to be signed by concern Project
Manager & concerned Department & same copy should be attached with Invoice. Payment
will not be processed without work done certificate
6. Before Starting of work, you should complete formalities of Gate pass & Safety Induction
at site, You should produce a photograph of each Employee & Identity Proof of same on
the Gate. Same procedure to be repeated in case of change/ Exchange of employee
7. Insurance : You should provide copy of Insurance at site Gate before staring of work,
8. Any delay in Supply or Completion in work will result into penalty, & subcontractor will
be responsible for any loss / damage occurred due to act by them on vessel.
9. All other expenses are in your accounts
10. Staging & Lighting is in yard scope if required
11. All tools & tackles required to conduct the work should be arranged by you.
12. All work to be carried out as per LDPL requirements
13. Your employee should follow all HR regulations & safety standards inside yard strictly &
all material used should be environment friendly
