    To whom it may concern:

    This is to certify that the Central Processing Unit (CPU) where the program
    used for the printing of Barangay I.D’s had broke down and is currently under repair.

    This certifies further that in line of the Barangay I.D being requested by
    NATIVIDAD FRIVALDO TRINIDAD, a Barangay Clearance had been issued to
    him instead to serve as a substitute for the Barangay I.D which is one of the
    requirements for opening a bank account at Landbank, Sorsogon City Branch.

    This certification is issued for the purpose aforementioned.

    Issued this 13th day of December, 2021 at the Office of the Punong
    Barangay of Pangpang, West District, Sorsogon City.
