This is to certify that Barangay BIGTE has no objection on the implementation of FIBERNIWAN
NETWORK AND DATA SOLUTION represented by Mr. Cristian Razo, (Fiberniwan Business Partner) located
at Brgy, Bigte, Norzagaray, Bulacan. (Safety Protocols should be observed, necessary documents and
communication with Barangay Official).

Pursuant to article IV Section 152C of the Local Government Code of 1991 and
DILG ADVISORY DATED AUGUST 6, 2020 (ARTA-DICT-DILG-DHSUD-DPWH-CAAP-DOH-FDA JOINT MC NO.
01 S. 2020: this clearance is hereby issued upon the request of the above named person in connection with
their application indicated below, subject for revocation for any violation of existing rules and ordinances
of the Barangay, Municipality and DILG Memorandum Circular 2019-121/2020 145.

If it causes any dispute , complaint or problem to anyone at any time this Clearance is automatically
nullified and void;

This clearance is not valid without the necessary fees as provided by laws or ordinances.
This clearance is subject to revocation anytime when the interest of the public requires & violation of any
Barangay Ordinances.
