I –INTRODUCTION

The perception of fourth year Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM)


students at Liceo de Masbate on the operation and functionality of Hotel de Liceo is an
interesting topic to explore. Hotel operations and functionality are integral to the field of
hospitality management, and studying students’ perceptions can provide valuable
insights. In this study, we aim to analyze the perceptions of fourth year BSHM students at
Liceo de Masbate regarding the operation and functionality of Hotel de Liceo. This hotel
serves as a training ground for the students, providing them with practical experience and
exposure to the real-world operations of a Hotel. By gaining an understanding of the
students’ perceptions, It helps evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided by Hotel

The Perception of Fourth Year BSHM students at Liceo de Masbate regarding the

considering the evolving dynamics within the hotel during that period.

Hotel Operations- Refers to the day-to-day activities and tasks involved in running a
hotel efficiently and effectively. These operations cover a wide range of functions and
