Aftersales Training report – Hospitals Across Governorates

We will be sharing insights from the recent aftersales training program, where we, Abas Ali and
Ali Awad, had the invaluable opportunity to immerse ourselves in hands-on experience at healthcare
centers across various governorates.

1. Training Overview:

-Objective: Our main goal was to gain a deep understanding of aftersales service in hospitals, with a
specific focus on Periodic maintenance, Paper work, troubleshooting and fixing.

- Participants: Us Abas Ali Mousa, and Ali Awad Khaleefah, accompanied experienced After sales
engineer Hassen Jamal to hospitals and engaged with the Medical Devices Division engineers and the
medical staff.

- Duration: The training spanned 1 week, during which we were fully immersed in the hospital
environment, actively learning the maintenance processes.

2. Training Activities:

- On-Site Learning: The most impactful aspect of the training was the on-site learning experience. We
had the privilege to observe and actively contribute to the diagnosis and repair of monitors and centrals
in the healthcare centers.

- Collaboration: Engaging with the resident engineers was invaluable. We had collaborative sessions
that facilitated open discussions about challenges, best practices, and innovative solutions specific to
medical devices maintenance.

3. Personal Learnings:

- Knowledge Assimilation: The transfer of knowledge from the experienced Aftersales engineer to us
was enriching. It deepened our understanding of the complexities involved in maintaining critical
healthcare equipment.

4. Future Impact:

- Improved Support Services: Armed with the knowledge gained during this training, we are confident
in our ability to provide more efficient and effective aftersales support for hospital equipment.

In conclusion, this training experience has been a pivotal chapter in our professional development. It has
not only expanded our technical skill set. It also helped us better understand the details of supporting
customers after a sale. I am eager to apply these newfound insights in our journey to deliver exceptional
service to our healthcare clients.
