INTERNAL RULES OF PROCEDURE

(IRP)

RULE I - Date, Time and Place of Session or Meeting;

Date Every last Sunday of the Month

Time Exactly 1:00PM
Place Since there was still no SK Pederasyon Office as of now, we can conduct a
session/meeting on the available offices within the municipality.

RULE II - Disciplinary actions or penalty for disorderly behavior and absences during
session, meeting and activities.

PENALTY OF LATE P300.00

PENALTY OF ABSENT OF SESSION, MEETING AND ACTIVITIES P500.00

Note: Only Emergencies are considered as late or absent. If he/she is late or absent he/she
must provide a proof.

RULE III - Payment of Pederasyon dues;

 It was agreed by the body that we will be having a Monthly Due that cost P100.00
a month.

RULE IV - Supplementary Rules

 Dress Code

- In the conduct of meetings, all members of the council shall wear the SKMT Uniform.
- Wearing sleeveless tops, short pants, or slippers is not allowed.
- All members of the council shall wear closed shoes during sessions.

RULE V – Manner & Conduct

- The use of electronic gadgets during session/meeting is prohibited unless the presiding officer
has called a break.

- All members of the council may use English, Filipino or Cebuano as a way of communication.
- Speaking without recognition of the presiding officer is strictly prohibited.

- The active participation of all SK Chairpersons during session/meeting is highly encouraged.
