FOREWORD
Thank God Almighty. unlimited blessings and acknowledgment to Him who has given
mercy and guidance and ah His blessings to us all so that we can attend English courses
regularly every Friday. Then prayer and salutation do not forget throughout the ages and to the
end of time to our lord the Prophet Muhammad. which until now we are still carrying out its
vision and mission in developing the syiar of Islam through worship together so that we
hopefully all get intercession on the Day of Judgment, and we are among those who stand in
the front lines towards the gates of heaven . Amen ...
I thank you to the lecturer of the English course Surya Kelana Putra, M.HUM who gave
me the opportunity to criticize books with the title 'Economic Theology' written by Dr. Azhar
Akmal Tarigan, M.Ag as part of the prerequisites to fulfill the semester final exam in English
courses. This study is a study to examine the peculiarities and sophistication of the book
published by Dr. Azar Akmal Tarigan, M.Ag, in its development of Economic Theology in
education, especially in economic theology. In writing this critical book review, the author
encountered obstacles and shortcomings both in terms of assessment, reasoning, writing to the
frame of meaning in tullisans and sentences, so criticism was needed which could build synergy
between reviewing and writing book reviews in one discussion as part of culture to improve
student competence in reading and writing scientific essays later.

C. Analysis (Specialty and sophistication, advantages and disadvantages)

The peculiarity and up-to-date of this book is that it can expand our minds to be the
best. With the economic crisis, human policy policies must get solutions that can benefit each.
And the economy is a system that regulates and establishes economic relations between
people with a set of institutions in life. So from here we can learn that the economy must have
a relationship and be profitable. .

1) Strengths
a. the language uses Indonesian
b.This book can give readers more to understand
c. in this case it explains various activities relating to the use of resources for
meeting needs
d. there are lessons about employment growth
2) Weaknesses
a. There are some words or lessons that are very difficult for the reader to
understand
b. the explanation is incomplete
c. there are no conclusions for each chapter
D. Recommendations
The book should include about;
That the economic crisis must have a very important economic crisis such as having to
pay attention to very poor people and have the most important solutions in their lives. And
every good spelling must have guidance on wage increases on the welfare of workers.
E. Conclusion
It can be concluded that the problem of the economy in Indonesia which is the main
subject is unemployment and inflation.
the notion of unemployment is a term for people who do not work at all, are looking for
work, work less than two days a week, or someone who is trying to get a decent job.
unemployment is the most difficult problem in the economy to solve until the second this,
especially for developing countries like Indonesia, in Indonesia itself can be seen from year to
year the number of unemployed does not decrease but increases, due to the relatively large
population, low education and skills, limited employment, technology that is increasingly
modren and companies that are pursuing profits by applying a system of contract employees
(outscoursing). This shows that economic development is not able to create employment
opportunities that are faster than the rapidly increasing population rate.
inflation is a condition where there is a continuous increase in prices and services,
developing inflation must be overcome because it will damage the economic structure that
occurs.
the negative and positive side of inflation in the economy:
the rise in real income of the community's wealth that has a fixed income, in the form of
the value of public savings, falls
● the rate of economic growth of the community is hampered
● stimulating the community to work hard and improve welfare.
a country is included in the category of developing countries if the conditions are poor,
the living level of the population is still low, people's houses are still modest, in the cities there
are still many beggars, not many factories or industries, roads and communication and
transportation are still lacking, most the education population is still low, and large mining and
industrial businesses are carried out by foreign companies.
the developing country that I made a comparison of is between Thailand and Lebanon
which is very much both political, economic, demographic, cultural and geographic. the second
comparison is very much different even though both are in the category of developing
countries.
