WITHOUT JUDGES SIN WILL CONTINUE

And the children of Yashar'el did evil in the sight of Yahuah, and served Ba`aliym: And they forsook
Yahuah Elohai of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Mitsrayim, and followed other
elohiym, of the elohiym of the people that were round about them, and bowed themselves unto them,
and provoked Yahuah to anger. And they forsook Yahuah, and served Ba`al and Ashtaroth. And the
anger of Yahuah was hot against Yashar'el, and he delivered them into the hands of spoilers that spoiled
them, and he sold them into the hands of their enemies round about, so that they could not any longer
stand before their enemies. Whithersoever they went out, the hand of Yahuah was against them for evil,
as Yahuah had said, and as Yahuah had sworn unto them: and they were greatly distressed. Nevertheless
Yahuah raised up judges, which delivered them out of the hand of those that spoiled them. SHOFETIYM

And I spoke unto you at that time, saying, I am not able to bear you myself alone: Yahuah Elohaykem has
multiplied you, and, behold, ye are this day as the stars of heaven for multitude. (Yahuah Elohai of your
fathers make you a thousand times so many more as ye are, and bless you, as he has promised you!)
How can I myself alone bear your cumbrance, and your burden, and your strife? Take you wise men, and
understanding, and known among your tribes, and I will make them rulers over you. And ye answered
me, and said, The thing which you have spoken is good for us to do. So I took the chief of your tribes,
wise men, and known, and made them heads over you, captains over thousands, and captains over
hundreds, and captains over fifties, and captains over tens, and officers among your tribes. And I charged
your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between
every man and his brother, and the stranger that is with him. Ye shall not respect persons in judgment;
but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the
judgment is Elohiym's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it. And I
commanded you at that time ‫ את‬all the things which ye should do. DEVARIYM 1:9-18 ‫ את‬CEPHER

Judges and officers shall you make you in all your gates, which Yahuah Elohayka gives you, throughout
your tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment. You shall not wrest judgment; you shall
not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift blinds the eyes of the wise, and perverts the words of
the righteous. That which is altogether just shall you follow, that you may live, and inherit the land which
Yahuah Elohayka gives you. DEVARIYM 16:18-20 ‫ את‬CEPHER

You shall not remove your neighbor's landmark, which they of old time have set in your inheritance,
which you shall inherit in the land that Yahuah Elohayka gives you to possess it. One witness shall not
rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sins: at the mouth of two
witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established. If a false witness rise up
against any man to testify against him that which is wrong; Then both the men, between whom the
controversy is, shall stand before Yahuah, before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days;
And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and has
testified falsely against his brother; Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his
brother: so shall you put the evil away from among you. And those which remain shall hear, and fear,
and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you. And your eye shall not pity; but life shall
go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot. DEVARIYM 19:14-21 ‫ את‬CEPHER

AND it came to pass after these things, that Navoth the Yizre'e'liy had a vineyard, which was in Yizre'el,
hard by the palace of Ach'av king of Shomeron. And Ach'av spoke unto Navoth, saying, Give me your
vineyard, that I may have it for a garden of herbs, because it is near unto my house: and I will give you
for it a better vineyard than it; or, if it seem good to you, I will give you the worth of it in money. And
Navoth said to Ach'av, Yahuah forbid it me, that I should give the inheritance of my fathers unto you.
And Ach'av came into his house heavy and displeased because of the word which Navoth the Yizre'e'liy
had spoken to him: for he had said, I will not give you the inheritance of my fathers. And he laid him
down upon his bed, and turned away his face, and would eat no bread. But Iyzebel his woman came to
him, and said unto him, Why is your ruach so sad, that you eat no bread? And he said unto her, Because I
spoke unto Navoth the Yizre'e'liy, and said unto him, Give me your vineyard for money; or else, if it
please you, I will give you another vineyard for it: and he answered, I will not give you my vineyard. And
Iyzebel his woman said unto him, Do you now govern the kingdom of Yashar'el? arise, and eat bread,
and let your heart be merry: I will give you the vineyard of Navoth the Yizre'e'liy. So she wrote cepheriym
in Ach'av's name, and sealed them with his seal, and sent the cepheriym unto the elders and to the
nobles that were in his city, dwelling with Navoth. And she wrote in the cepheriym, saying, Proclaim a
fast, and set Navoth on high among the people: And set two men, sons of Beliya`al, before him, to bear
witness against him, saying, You did blaspheme Elohiym and the king. And then carry him out, and stone
him, that he may die. And the men of his city, even the elders and the nobles who were the inhabitants in
his city, did as Iyzebel had sent unto them, and as it was written in the cepheriym which she had sent
unto them. They proclaimed a fast, and set Navoth on high among the people. And there came in two
men, children of Beliya`al, and sat before him: and the men of Beliya`al witnessed against him, even
against Navoth, in the presence of the people, saying, Navoth did blaspheme Elohiym and the king. Then
they carried him forth out of the city, and stoned him with stones, that he died. Then they sent to Iyzebel,
saying, Navoth is stoned, and is dead. And it came to pass, when Iyzebel heard that Navoth was stoned,
and was dead, that Iyzebel said to Ach'av, Arise, take possession of the vineyard of Navoth the Yizre'e'liy,
which he refused to give you for money: for Navoth is not alive, but dead. And it came to pass, when
Ach'av heard that Navoth was dead, that Ach'av rose up to go down to the vineyard of Navoth the
Yizre'e'liy, to take possession of it. And the Word of Yahuah came to Eliyahu the Tishbiy, saying, Arise, go
down to meet Ach'av king of Yashar'el, which is in Shomeron: behold, he is in the vineyard of Navoth,
whither he is gone down to possess it. And you shall speak unto him, saying, Thus says Yahuah, Have you
killed, and also taken possession? And you shall speak unto him, saying, Thus says Yahuah, In the place
where dogs licked the blood of Navoth shall dogs lick your blood, even yours. And Ach'av said to Eliyahu,
Have you found me, O my enemy? And he answered, I have found you: because you have sold yourself to
work evil in the sight of Yahuah. Behold, I will bring evil upon you, and will take away your posterity, and
will cut off from Ach'av him that pisseth against the wall, and him that is shut up and left in Yashar'el,
And will make your house like the house of Yarov'am the son of Nevat, and like the house of Ba'sha the
son of Achiyahu, for the provocation wherewith you have provoked me to anger, and made Yashar'el to
sin. MELEKIYM RI'SHON 21:1-22 ‫ את‬CEPHER
 YAH left a remnant of the enemies to chastise Yashar'El for their wickedness, unto this day until
they humble themselves before Him and repent.

IF there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, that the judges may judge them;
then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked. And it shall be, if the wicked man be
worthy to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down, and to be beaten before his face,
according to his fault, by a certain number. Forty stripes he may give him, and not exceed: lest, if he
should exceed, and beat him above these with many stripes, then your brother should seem vile unto
you. You shall not muzzle the ox when he treads out the grain. DEVARIYM 25:1-4 ‫ את‬CEPHER

 Sometimes things don't go as planned pertaining judgement when it comes to our people; we
get thrown off from time to time.

AND it came to pass, when Shemu'el was old, that he made his sons judges over Yashar'el. Now the
name of his firstborn was Yo'el; and the name of his second, Aviyahu: they were judges in Be'er Sheva.
And his sons walked not in his ways, but turned aside after lucre, and took bribes, and perverted
judgment. Then all the elders of Yashar'el gathered themselves together, and came to El-Shemu'el unto
Ramah, And said unto him, Behold, you are old, and your sons walk not in your ways: now make us a
king to judge us like all the nations. But the thing displeased Shemu'el, when they said, Give us a king to
judge us. And Shemu'el prayed unto Yahuah. SHEMU'EL RI'SHON 8:1-6 ‫ את‬CEPHER

 When it comes to our children, many people don't judge righteously. This is why children get out
of hand and grow up into brews {wild as beasts of the field}.

And you, Ezra, after the wisdom of your Elohiym, that is in your hand, set magistrates and judges, which
may judge all the people that are beyond the river, all such as know the Torah of your Elohiym; and teach
ye them that know them not. And whosoever will not do the Torah of your Elohiym, and the law of the
king, let judgment be executed speedily upon him, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to
confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment. EZRA V'NECHEMYAHU 7:25-26 ‫ את‬CEPHER
