neither sons nor daughters; they only shall be delivered, but the land shall be desolate.

He made also posts of threescore cubits, even unto the

the flock. They shall go down to the bars of the pit, when [our] rest together [is] in the dust. And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have
taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which [am but] dust and ashes: Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: wilt thou destroy
all the city for [lack of] five? Now it came to pass, [that] when all the people which [were] with Ishmael saw Johanan the son of Kareah, and all
the captains of the forces that [were] with him, then they were glad. Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them
upon the table of thine heart: So shalt thou find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man. Wherefore ye shall do my statutes, and

children in whom [is] no faith. Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. And the time that David was
king in Hebron over the house of Judah was seven years and six months. And now I say unto you, Refrain from these men, and let them alone: for if
this counsel or this work be of men, it will come to nought: But if it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight

gifts, and beside all your vows, and beside all your freewill offerings, which ye give unto the LORD. Bring forth the blind people that have eyes,
and the deaf that have ears. And it came to pass, that after the year was expired, at the time that kings go out [to battle], Joab led forth the
power of the army, and wasted the country of the children of Ammon, and came and besieged Rabbah. And he set threescore and ten thousand of them [to
be] bearers of burdens, and fourscore thousand [to be] hewers in the mountain, and three thousand and six hundred overseers to set the people a
work. And David said unto all the congregation of Israel, If [it seem] good unto you, and [that it be] of the LORD our God, let us send abroad unto
our brethren every where, [that are] left in all the land of Israel, and with them [also] to the priests and Levites [which are] in their cities

thy brethren: mercy and truth [be] with thee. Let the heathen be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge

them. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died. Behold, he withholdeth the waters, and they dry up: also he sendeth them out, and they
overturn the earth. Now there was a certain man of Ramathaimzophim, of mount Ephraim, and his name [was] Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of
Elihu, the son of Tohu, the son of Zuph, an Ephrathite: And he had two wives; the name of the one [was] Hannah, and the name of the other Peninnah:
and Peninnah had children, but Hannah had no children. Then answered they and said before the king, That Daniel, which [is] of the children of the
captivity of Judah, regardeth not thee, O king, nor the decree that thou hast signed, but maketh his petition three times a day. And for the other
side of the tabernacle, [which is] toward the north corner, he made twenty boards, And their forty sockets of silver; two sockets under one board,
and two sockets under another board. For Jerusalem is ruined, and Judah is fallen: because their tongue and their doings [are] against the LORD, to
provoke the eyes of his glory. I will remember the works of the LORD: surely I will remember thy wonders of old. Shall he turn away, and not return?
The LORD God [is] my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ [feet], and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. And Moses did as the
LORD commanded him: and he took Joshua, and set him before Eleazar the priest, and before all the congregation: And he laid his hands upon him, and
gave him a charge, as the LORD commanded by the hand of Moses. My son, if thou be surety for thy friend, [if] thou hast stricken thy hand with a

if a man sell a dwelling house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; [within] a full year may he redeem it.
And thou shalt take all the fat that covereth the inwards, and the caul [that is] above the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that [is] upon
them, and burn [them] upon the altar. Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil? And the second time the cock

LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Make thee two trumpets of silver; of a whole piece shalt thou make them: that thou mayest use them for the calling of
the assembly, and for the journeying of the camps. His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and fraud: under his tongue [is] mischief and vanity. And
Moses was very wroth, and said unto the LORD, Respect not thou their offering: I have not taken one ass from them, neither have I hurt one of them.
And the sons of Jether; Jephunneh, and Pispah, and Ara. How long will ye imagine mischief against a man? She is empty, and void, and waste: and the
heart melteth, and the knees smite together, and much pain [is] in all loins, and the faces of them all gather blackness. Understand therefore, that
the LORD thy God giveth thee not this good land to possess it for thy righteousness; for thou [art] a stiffnecked people. The LORD preserveth the
simple: I was brought low, and he helped me. For thus saith the Lord GOD; I will bring up a company upon them, and will give them to be removed and
spoiled. And there shall be no man in the tabernacle of the congregation when he goeth in to make an atonement in the holy [place], until he come
out, and have made an atonement for himself, and for his household, and for all the congregation of Israel. And he closed the book, and he gave [it]
again to the minister, and sat down. And Haman said unto king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people
in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws [are] diverse from all people; neither keep they the king’s laws: therefore it [is] not for the
king’s profit to suffer them. Now these [are] the generations of Esau, who [is] Edom. But ye that did cleave unto the LORD your God [are] alive
every one of you this day. And he denied it again. For thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will make thee a terror to thyself, and to all thy friends:
and they shall fall by the sword of their enemies, and thine eyes shall behold [it]: and I will give all Judah into the hand of the king of Babylon,
and he shall carry them captive into Babylon, and shall slay them with the sword. Wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of
Egypt? And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all; Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant
overlaid round about with gold, wherein [was] the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron’s rod that budded, and the tables of the covenant; And over
it the cherubims of glory shadowing the mercyseat; of which we cannot now speak particularly. Also in thy skirts is found the blood of the souls of
the poor innocents: I have not found it by secret search, but upon all these. And I made treasurers over the treasuries, Shelemiah the priest, and
Zadok the scribe, and of the Levites, Pedaiah: and next to them [was] Hanan the son of Zaccur, the son of Mattaniah: for they were counted faithful,
and their office [was] to distribute unto their brethren. Moreover the LORD spake again unto Ahaz, saying, Ask thee a sign of the LORD thy God; ask
it either in the depth, or in the height above. And these went into Micah’s house, and fetched the carved image, the ephod, and the teraphim, and
the molten image. So the messenger went, and came and shewed David all that Joab had sent him for. Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor
the hour wherein the Son of man cometh. And these [are] the generations of Isaac, Abraham’s son: Abraham begat Isaac: And Isaac was forty years old
when he took Rebekah to wife, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padanaram, the sister to Laban the Syrian. And he did [that which was] evil in

Behold, Elijah [is here]. I [am] thy servant; give me understanding, that I may know thy testimonies. Blessed [are] they that mourn: for they shall
be comforted. And Tychicus have I sent to Ephesus. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you,
and ye have overcome the wicked one. Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul. And I will make void
the counsel of Judah and Jerusalem in this place; and I will cause them to fall by the sword before their enemies, and by the hands of them that
seek their lives: and their carcases will I give to be meat for the fowls of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth. Thus saith the LORD; As
the shepherd taketh out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria
in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus [in] a couch. And straightway he called them: and they left their father Zebedee in the ship with the hired
servants, and went after him. The wicked are overthrown, and [are] not: but the house of the righteous shall stand. Restore, I pray you, to them,
even this day, their lands, their vineyards, their oliveyards, and their houses, also the hundredth [part] of the money, and of the corn, the wine,
and the oil, that ye exact of them. And God said unto Abraham, As for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah [shall] her name
[be]. And the LORD spake unto Aaron, saying, Do not drink wine nor strong drink, thou, nor thy sons with thee, when ye go into the tabernacle of the
congregation, lest ye die: [it shall be] a statute for ever throughout your generations: And that ye may put difference between holy and unholy, and
between unclean and clean; And that ye may teach the children of Israel all the statutes which the LORD hath spoken unto them by the hand of Moses.
Then I sent unto him, saying, There are no such things done as thou sayest, but thou feignest them out of thine own heart. Selah. So the Levites and
all Judah did according to all things that Jehoiada the priest had commanded, and took every man his men that were to come in on the sabbath, with
them that were to go [out] on the sabbath: for Jehoiada the priest dismissed not the courses. 1And Solomon made affinity with Pharaoh king of Egypt,
and took Pharaoh’s daughter, and brought her into the city of David, until he had made an end of building his own house, and the house of the LORD,
and the wall of Jerusalem round about. For only Og king of Bashan remained of the remnant of giants; behold, his bedstead [was] a bedstead of iron;
[is] it not in Rabbath of the children of Ammon? And the man of God said unto the king, If thou wilt give me half thine house, I will not go in with

Izharites, the Hebronites, [and] the Uzzielites: And Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, [was] ruler of the treasures. Yet they were not
afraid, nor rent their garments, [neither] the king, nor any of his servants that heard all these words. Whence then hath this [man] all these
things? And it came to pass, that, as soon as the days of his ministration were accomplished, he departed to his own house. But woe unto them that
are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people. And at the
side without, as one goeth up to the entry of the north gate, [were] two tables; and on the other side, which [was] at the porch of the gate, [were]
two tables. And ye shall be left few in number, whereas ye were as the stars of heaven for multitude; because thou wouldest not obey the voice of
the LORD thy God. [Art] not thou our God, [who] didst drive out the inhabitants of this land before thy people Israel, and gavest it to the seed of
Abraham thy friend for ever? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of
the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? Truly the
signs of an apostle were wrought among you in all patience, in signs, and wonders, and mighty deeds. Tell me, O thou whom my soul loveth, where thou
feedest, where thou makest [thy flock] to rest at noon: for why should I be as one that turneth aside by the flocks of thy companions? The burden of
Egypt. After a dead dog, after a flea. And out of the tribe of Issachar, Kishon with her suburbs, Dabareh with her suburbs, Jarmuth with her
suburbs, Engannim with her suburbs; four cities. For he built up again the high places which Hezekiah his father had destroyed; and he reared up

their reproach; even say thou, The sword, the sword [is] drawn: for the slaughter [it is] furbished, to consume because of the glittering: Whiles
they see vanity unto thee, whiles they divine a lie unto thee, to bring thee upon the necks of [them that are] slain, of the wicked, whose day is
come, when their iniquity [shall have] an end. [even] that which hath been already done. And every [thing] whereupon [any part] of their carcase
falleth shall be unclean; [whether it be] oven, or ranges for pots, they shall be broken down: [for] they [are] unclean, and shall be unclean unto
you. Were the gods of the nations of those lands any ways able to deliver their lands out of mine hand? I said, I will confess my transgressions
unto the LORD; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through [the fire] to Molech, neither shalt
thou profane the name of thy God: I [am] the LORD. And he said, To morrow. For [as] the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher
than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. Ye are not straitened in us, but ye are straitened in your own bowels. The bands of the wicked
have robbed me: [but] I have not forgotten thy law. And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more
at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft [he be], shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more
at all in thee; And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no
more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. For we which have believed
do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation
of the world. These [things] did Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, and had the name among three mighty men. And he shall speak [great] words against the
most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time
and times and the dividing of time. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. The
mother of Sisera looked out at a window, and cried through the lattice, Why is his chariot [so] long in coming? And of the Danites expert in war
twenty and eight thousand and six hundred. All [this, said David], the LORD made me understand in writing by [his] hand upon me, [even] all the
works of this pattern. And his sisters, are they not all with us? These [are] the sons of Zilpah, whom Laban gave to Leah his daughter, and these
she bare unto Jacob, [even] sixteen souls. These [things] also [belong] to the wise. O LORD, I know that the way of man [is] not in himself: [it is]
not in man that walketh to direct his steps. Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they
that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that [is] unprofitable for you. But if the ministration of death,
written [and] engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his
countenance; which [glory] was to be done away: How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious? Praise ye the LORD. My God hath
sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me; and also before
thee, O king, have I done no hurt. He taketh it with his eyes: [his] nose pierceth through snares. Afterwards the spirit took me up, and brought me
in a vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to them of the captivity. [are] all workers of miracles? Give us day by day our daily bread. Him
therefore I hope to send presently, so soon as I shall see how it will go with me. Behold, I have received [commandment] to bless: and he hath
blessed; and I cannot reverse it. Also before they burnt the fat, the priest’s servant came, and said to the man that sacrificed, Give flesh to
roast for the priest; for he will not have sodden flesh of thee, but raw. I will take no bullock out of thy house, [nor] he goats out of thy folds.
And, behold, your eyes see, and the eyes of my brother Benjamin, that [it is] my mouth that speaketh unto you. For the house of Israel and the house
of Judah have dealt very treacherously against me, saith the LORD. The proud have forged a lie against me: [but] I will keep thy precepts with [my]
whole heart. And he stretched himself upon the child three times, and cried unto the LORD, and said, O LORD my God, I pray thee, let this child’s
soul come into him again. And he took a yoke of oxen, and hewed them in pieces, and sent [them] throughout all the coasts of Israel by the hands of
messengers, saying, Whosoever cometh not forth after Saul and after Samuel, so shall it be done unto his oxen. And she took a pan, and poured [them]
out before him; but he refused to eat. Likewise at the same time said I unto the people, Let every one with his servant lodge within Jerusalem, that
in the night they may be a guard to us, and labour on the day. Amen. So Jephthah passed over unto the children of Ammon to fight against them; and
the LORD delivered them into his hands. In like manner thou shalt deal with thy vineyard, [and] with thy oliveyard. Then shall stand up in his
estate a raiser of taxes [in] the glory of the kingdom: but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle. All the sons of
Perez that dwelt at Jerusalem [were] four hundred threescore and eight valiant men. O LORD my God, I will give thanks unto thee for ever. And he
charged them straitly that no man should know it; and commanded that something should be given her to eat. And the inhabitants of Jebus said to
David, Thou shalt not come hither. At that time Rezin king of Syria recovered Elath to Syria, and drave the Jews from Elath: and the Syrians came to
Elath, and dwelt there unto this day. For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of my
curse, to judgment. God hath found out the iniquity of thy servants: behold, we [are] my lord’s servants, both we, and [he] also with whom the cup
is found. And thou shalt anoint Aaron and his sons, and consecrate them, that [they] may minister unto me in the priest’s office. And all the
drinking vessels of king Solomon [were of] gold, and all the vessels of the house of the forest of Lebanon [were of] pure gold: none [were of]
silver; it was [not] any thing accounted of in the days of Solomon. Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of
bread. Of the children of Issachar, by their generations, after their families, by the house of their fathers, according to the number of the names,
from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war; Those that were numbered of them, [even] of the tribe of Issachar, [were]
fifty and four thousand and four hundred. The LORD executeth righteousness and judgment for all that are oppressed. And ye shall hallow the fiftieth

serve other gods, whom they knew not, [neither] they, ye, nor your fathers. Was he found among thieves? And God spake all these words, saying, I
[am] the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. O GOD the Lord, the strength of my salvation,
