OUR PROPOSITION TO LABORATORY MANAGEMENT:

W3 Software Solution, designed to suit the requirement of Laboratory Management Application to

manage their Patients data in a customized format into DB and can able to fetch Patients data with
report viewing options.

Key Modules are described as below

1. Patient Registration Module:

1.1. Patient Record Management :

This module used to capture patients like Name, Address, Age, Gender, Phone/cell number
and other details with a unique Identification number to access through this number.

1.2. Fast and Easy patient Search:

Ability to search and retrieve records easily and quickly.

2. Lab Information System:

2.1. Central Database: Patients data & Reports will be stored into central DB
2.2. Automatic range checking:
2.3. Importing Lab Results directly into EMR for each patient.

3. SMS / Email Alerts & Barcode Integration:

 This 3rd party integration helps us to send SMS / Email alerts to Patients to know the
current status about Lab test reports into their mobiles / registered mail id’s.
 Barcode integration for Patient Reports based on Unique Patient ID for quick search.

4. Lab Results directly into EMR

Using 3rd party API, we can read the lab results of each patient

*Requirements from Client:

 Client has to provide API’s will have complete information to Integrate SMS Alerts.
 Require EMR /any other lab equipment API to read data from them.
 And if any Dependency on other 3rd party API, then client has to provide them to
complete the project on time as scheduled
 Any additional development of Application requirement will be charged as per agreed
Commercials.

COMMERCIALS:

*New application development charges will be based on the scope of work which will be
agreed based on the requirement.

General Terms and Conditions:

 Validity of this offer is 5 days for the date of this proposal
 30% of PO value should be paid as an advance for starting the project
 Second phase 40% of PO value should be paid After review of Module-1
 The contract will have a validity of minimum one year .In the event of cancellation of
order customer will have to give three months’ notice.
 We are not be responsible for any installation, Commissioning or maintenance of any
equipment or hardware.
 Delivery of services would be 6 to 7 weeks after receipt of confirmation and other
documents communicated.
 Integration charges which will be charged by websites for additional features needs to
be paid by the client.
 If any case, we are unable to deliver the project on time then will refund* 100% PO.
(*Note: Client has to give 100% assurance on any Required 3rd Party API’s ON Time
without any delay so that we will not disturb our development schedule)
