“EQUATIONS OF TRANSFORMATIONS”

By: Group 7

In the silent corridors of abstraction, where logic takes its stand,

Mathematics, a domain of precision, molds concepts like fine sand.
Beneath the emerald canopy, equations gently twine,
The calculus of petals, Fibonacci's art does brightly shine.

In the cathedral of advancement, a hymn of an equation

A lustrous thread in the fabric of the world’s evolution
Weaving grand design, from the mosaic of innovation
Behold the period of its diverse application.

In symphony with nature's grace, symmetries align and dance,

Algorithms weave the tapestry, a harmonious expanse,
Where patterns bloom in synergy, embracing every chance,
A poetic blend of numbers, in life's eternal trance.

In scale factors stretch, a geometric trance,

Transforming shapes with precision and enhance.
Rotations twirl, a mathematical spin,
Angles and circles, a harmonious kin.

Living in this world, is a life colliding with math,

Forever all nature around or man-made things draft,
Learning it is quite easy, but for its application might be dizzy,
For it touches all sciences to the field where we don’t need to be in misery.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

"Equations of Transformation" is a literary masterwork that combines mathematics and

nature skillfully. It is also an intriguing investigation of the junction of mathematical
accuracy and natural artistic charm. The poem deftly combines imagery and metaphor
to portray the transforming power of mathematical principles in constructing the rich
tapestry of reality. The verses acknowledge the pervasive impact of mathematics in
both the natural world and human creations, highlighting its crucial role across diverse
scientific disciplines associated with applying mathematical concepts in real-life
situations. The poem explores the interconnection between the essence and language
of mathematics, our existence, and our environment.
MATHEMATICAL CONCEPTS COVERED IN THE PROJECT

● Functionality of Mathematics
● Systemizing Patterns Through Mathematics
● Foundation of the Mathematical Language

PROCEDURE/EXECUTION

● We divided the tasks by the stanzas.

● We have selected the mathematical concepts to include
● Began writing for each part
● Finalization of poem
● We divided the video recital per stanza
● Compiled all the videos
● Started editing our video recital

TASKS OF MEMBERS

Acero, Clark - immersed himself in creating the 3rd stanza of the poem. In line with his
part, Clark created the project description, which consists of an overview of our work,
suggested his idea for mathematical concepts, and actively participated in the video
recital recording.

Bernal, Kyeesha Alaine - conceptualized the 4th stanza. She also participated in the
video recital recording.

De Mesa, Kathleen Kaye - delved into creating the 1st stanza. Alongside, she played a
vital role in monitoring and revising the Word document. Additionally, she actively
participated in reciting her part for the video recording and contributed to the project
description and procedure.

Flores, Jem Kirsten - focused on creating the 5th stanza. Her part extended to editing
the group’s video recital recording.

Noguit, Creshia - undertook the 2nd stanza of the poem. Creshia also wrote the
project title and gave her suggestions for doing the project, inputting the necessary
information in the procedure/execution and mathematical concepts. Additionally, she
contributed her video for the recital recording.
