I live in a vibrant neighborhood in HCM City , Vietnam. It is a bustling area with a mix of residential
buildings, shops, restaurants, and parks. There are also schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, which
makes it very convenient for daily needs. One thing I particularly like about my neighborhood is the
sense of community. People are friendly and always willing to help each other. However, there are a few
aspects that could be improved. The traffic can get quite congested at times, leading to noise and air
pollution. To enhance the neighborhood, I believe planting more trees and creating more green spaces
would be beneficial. This would not only beautify the area but also improve air quality. Additionally,
implementing better traffic management and infrastructure development would help alleviate
congestion and create a safer environment for pedestrians and cyclists.

Set 2: Describe your dream house.

My dream house would be located in a peaceful countryside setting, surrounded by nature and away
from the hustle and bustle of the city. It would be a spacious and modern house with large windows that
allow plenty of natural light to enter. The house would have a beautiful garden with colorful flowers and
a cozy patio where I can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Inside, the house would have an open floor plan
with a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. It would also have a
dedicated space for a home office where I can work and be creative. I would live there with my loved
ones, including my family and close friends. It would be a place where we can gather, create beautiful
memories, and enjoy each other's company. I consider it my dream house because it provides a peaceful
and harmonious environment that allows me to unwind, connect with nature, and spend quality time
with my loved ones.

Set 3: Describe a memorable trip you had.

One of the most memorable trips I had was when I visited Ha Long Bay in Vietnam. Ha Long Bay is a
UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its stunning limestone karsts and emerald waters. I got there by
taking a bus from Hanoi to the harbor, where I boarded a traditional junk boat. The boat cruise allowed
me to explore the bay and admire the breathtaking scenery. During the trip, I had the opportunity to visit
some of the famous caves in the area, such as the Thien Cung Cave and the Sung Sot Cave. I also enjoyed
kayaking through the karsts and swimming in the crystal-clear waters. The trip is memorable to me
because of the sheer beauty of Ha Long Bay and the peacefulness I felt being surrounded by nature. It
was a truly unforgettable experience that allowed me to appreciate the natural wonders of my country.

Set 4: Describe a memorable event in your life.

A memorable event in my life took place on my graduation day. It happened a few years ago when I
completed my university studies. The event took place at a grand auditorium in the heart of the city
where my university is located. During the ceremony, I walked across the stage, received my diploma,
and officially became a graduate. It was a moment filled with pride and joy as I reflected on all the hard
work and dedication that led me to that point. The event is memorable to me because it marked the
culmination of years of studying and the beginning of a new chapter in my life. It was a celebration of my
achievements and a reminder of the endless possibilities that lay ahead.

Set 5: Describe a useful technological item that you have.

A useful technological item that I have is my smartphone. I got it a couple of years ago, and I use it every
day. My smartphone is not only a communication device but also a versatile tool that helps me in various
aspects of my life. I use it to stay connected with friends and family through calls, messages, and social
media. It also serves as a portable entertainment system, allowing me to listen to music, watch videos,
and play games. Additionally, my smartphone is a valuable productivity tool as I can access emails,
calendars, and various apps that help me stay organized and efficient. It also serves as a camera, allowing
me to capture important moments and memories. Overall, I find my smartphone to be incredibly useful
as it combines multiple functions into one compact device, making my life more convenient and
connected.

Set 6: Describe a website that you often use.

A website that I often use is Goodreads. It is a social media platform for book lovers. I found out about it
through a friend who recommended it to me. Goodreads allows me to discover new books, create a
virtual bookshelf to track the books I have read and want to read, and connect with other readers
through discussions and reviews. I find Goodreads useful because it helps me keep track of my reading
progress, provides recommendations based on my interests, and allows me to connect with a
community of fellow book enthusiasts. It has enhanced my reading experience and broadened my
literary horizons.

Set 7: Describe one of your best friends during your school days.

One of my best friends from school is named Quyen. She has long black hair and brown eyes. Quyen is a
kind and compassionate person, always with a smile on her face. She is also very smart and hardworking,
which inspired me to strive for academic excellence.

When we are together, we often study together, help each other with homework, and participate in
extracurricular activities. We also spend time exploring our common interests, such as reading, watching
movies, and going on outdoor adventures.

Quyen is one of my closest friends because she is always by my side, supporting and encouraging me.
She is a good listener and gives insightful advice. We shared many memorable moments and created
unforgettable memories together. Sarah's friendship enriched my school days and made them more
enjoyable.

Set 8: Describe a school / university you have studied in.

Well, it's an interesting topic for me, today I will tell you about my high school, it's a public school in Ho
Chi Minh City, I studied there for 3 years, from 2019 until 2022. It is a wonderful school with lovely and
dedicated teachers. The school has 3 floors, has more than 60 classrooms and more than 2000 students.
Here I learned interesting knowledge in class and useful additional extracurricular trips. The school has a
lot of clubs in many different fields, and I joined 3 of them, the photography club, the music club, and the
event planning club. The school always has exciting experiential activities for us. Even though the class
time is quite tight, I still try to arrange time to participate in all of them, because it not only brings joy and
knowledge but also helps. I have many new relationships and make new friends after each event. If I could
choose again, I would still choose this place to continue my learning process again.

Set 9: Describe a job which you think is perfect for you.

I think everyone is like that, they will also have a dream, a desired job in the future, and so do I, I once
had a dream for myself and I'm lucky that now I was able to do it, and Freelancer was a suitable job for
me. Why do I want to become a freelancer? Because I have a free and liberal personality. I don't like to
confine my soul in an office environment. To do this job, I not only need to have professional knowledge
but also have the skills to manage finances and organize my time effectively, because I am currently still
studying and attending school. Participate in projects and competitions at school. Even though studying
is really busy, I still love it and make time to do the job as a part-time job.

Set 10: Describe a team project or an individual project that you worked on.

I did a project called “Fiber Separation Technology FST”, I did it to serve the purpose of studying my
Project design 2 subject, this is a research project on fiber separation technology from clothes. old
clothes, waste from fashion and textiles, thereby creating a new type of material that can optimize the
current limited raw material resources. Our project team consists of 6 members, each of us will have our
own tasks that suit our strengths. I was assigned the job of researching materials, conducting market
surveys, and surveying potential customers. our capabilities. This can be said to be quite a difficult task
for my whole team, not just me, but I tried my best to complete it in the best way. because I know that in
the future we will face even more difficult tasks. I find this one of the most wonderful projects I have
ever done, because it can partly solve the current environmental pollution problem, and until now I am
still working on the project. This project with my friends is expected to be completed in November
