TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Order: Placement to RAMPUR ENGG. WORKS.

2. G.S.T -18% Extra

3. Freight, Loading & Packaging: Charges will be on Buyer’s account.

4. Payment Terms: 50% advance along with the firm Purchase Order, 15% at the time of Power
pack & balance 35% before dispatch.

5. Delivery: Within 2.5 – 3 Months approx. from the date of confirmation of order along with
Applicable advance.

6. Warranty: Rampur engg. works Products shall be warranted for 12 months against any
manufacturing/technical defect from the date of commissioning. However, The Electronics,
Electrical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic parts (If any), are out of scope of this warranty.

7. Operational Training: 2 – 3 days training (If applicable), on operation & maintenance of the
machine will be provided for two engineers at our Factory. All traveling, lodging & boarding
expenses will be on buyers account.

8. Inspection: Before delivery in our company

9. Jurisdiction: Any dispute shall be to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi only

10. Validity: 20 Days from the date of Quotation

11. No Scope of Supply
