Introduction:-
Blood typing techniques is used to know the type of
unknown blood sample. There are antibodies on the RBCs each
type has its own antigen. When the antibody attach with the
antigen the agglutination happens. ABO Typing is essential in
the forensics lab to know for which suspects is the type of the
sample.
Aim:-
● ABO Typing analysis know for which suspects is the type
of the sample.
Materials:-
Tools:-
● Syringe.
● 3 Droppers.
● Slide.
Chemicals:-
● Anti A
● Anti B
● Anti D
Biological:-
● Blood Sample.
Methods:-
● 3 drops of blood were put on the slide using a syringe.
● Each anti put on a drop using a dropper then mix.
Observation:-
Fig1:-
Boold After Adding the Antigens

Discussion:-
All of the samples are agglutinated so the sample is AB+

Title(Blood Analysis)

Introduction:-
This analysis is used to know if the sample in the crime scene
is blood and to know if it is for humans or not. This is used by 2
methods, the first one using H2O2 then the second one using
Hexagon OBTI.
Aim:-
● know if the sample in the crime scene is blood and to know
if it is for humans or not.
Materials
Tools:
● Slide
● Hexagon OBTI
● 2 Droppers
● Syringe
Chemicals:-
● H2O2
● Iodine
Biological:-
● Blood Sample
Methods:-
● A drop of iodine was put on the slide
● A drop of blood was put on the same slide
● H2O2 was put on the two dropes.
Result:-
Fig2:
The blood saple after reaction with the H2O2
Discussion:-
H2O2 reacted with the hemoglobin in the blood and made a
foam.
Experiment
Fig:-
HexgonOBTI
Discussion:-
Hexagon OBTI contains AntiBody 1 and Antibody 2
When there is a human blood
Antibody 1 attach with hemoglobin to give complex
This complex attach with Antibody 2 and appear in the T
But this sample isn’t blood sample
So Antibody1 attach with Antibody 2 and appeared in C

Introduction
Semen is a fluid ejaculated from the mail. This is useful in
the crime scene to know the DNA in the sexual assault crimes
this is useful to know the suspect.
Aim
● How to examin the semen sample.
Experiment

The Sperms in the semin analysis.

Discussion:
There is 5-7 sperms in the microscopic analysis so it’s a semin
sample.
