5. Access Control, Authorization & Responsibilities of Contract workers
Access Control and Authorization: We have ensured access controls are well established to have critical controls on critical HSE Parameters.
They are as below
• Gate pass for Entry
• Biometric Access controls for critical activities like PIV Drivers.
• Skill Card for the contractors & Safe work permit
• Authorized Licence for PIV , Hoist & Crane, Electrical and Chemical works, Lock out & tag out (LOTO).

communications done to ensure everyone is responsible to report the OHS issues through,

Equipment Safety:
Equipment complying to the Cummins safety requirement are only allowed to bring inside the plant.
Equipment maintenance program is in place to ensure health is maintained
Daily check of the equipment's before use is practiced
Standard Checklist:- available for each equipment.
PPE: Contractors are treated equally and their PPEs are also complying to relevant IS/BS/CE requirements. There is clear “ CUMMINS
PPE DETERMINATION GUIDE” for contractors.
