❖ Selecting the right contractors is one of the most complicated


aspects of contractor management. It's absolutely vital to select
competent contractors, regardless of the size or urgency of the
project.

❖ A contractor selection criteria checklist should include


factors such as
▪ Experience, Expertise, Certifications, Compliance with regulations,
and the ability to manage risks.
▪ The selection process should be rigorous and include pre-
qualification assessments, background checks, and interviews.
▪ We are using a checklist before we engage contractor.

• All Accidents / Incidents report shall be submitted to EHS deptartmet within 24


(Twenty Four) hours in prescribed format, following an accident or incident
even if the injury caused by the accident is minor.
• We have a SOP (SOP/EHS/018) for Accident / Incident Handling.
• We have two types of reporting formats as one is First Information Report
(EHS/FM/024), which is filled withing 24 hrs. of accident/incident and filled
report submit to safety dept. and second is Detailed Investigation Report
(EHS/FM/023), which is filled within a week and filled report submit to safety
dept.

• Near miss reporting is an important part of any EHS team's process. It helps
identify and address potential safety issues before they become serious
incidents.
• We have a SOP (SOP/EHS/015) for reporting of Near miss, a format
(EHS/FM/015) for reporting of Near miss.

❖ Hydra/Crane Inspection Checklist (As an when required)
❖ Examination of pressure vessel, lifting tools & tackles through DISH approved
competent person (As per legal Requirement)
❖ Avoiding Forklift Accident, we have installed collision/ accident prevention
sensor technology.
❖ Enhanced Safety Measures after installation of Robotic Arm
❖ Installed of Human Body Static Discharge Device is mainly used for human body
electrostatic elimination.

❖ Installed Earthing Relay System in Vibro-Sieve senses the static-charge
potential and provides a safe grounding path.
❖ Installed LED Display Board at Main Gate, which displayed shift wise ERT
members, First Aid members and total headcount.
