What you’ll be responsible for

We’re searching for a Growth & Marketing Junior Associate to work closely with our executive team,
reporting to the Chief of Staff (CoS) to the CEO, on strategic projects around growth B2C, marketing
and communication and Operations:

Growth B2C – 40%


• Assist in implementing strategies aimed at acquiring new customers via diverse channels like
social media, content marketing, paid advertising, partnerships, and referrals.
• Implement strategies to retain existing customers by improving user experience, enhancing
product value, and engaging users through personalized communication, loyalty programs,
and targeted campaigns
• Analyze user data, conduct A/B testing, and use analytics tools to gather insights, identify
growth opportunities, and optimize conversion funnels to increase customer acquisition and
retention rates.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify areas for improvement based on user feedback

Marketing & Communication – 30%


• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with laCollection’s goals and target
audience, considering market trends, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
• Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various
channels (PR, digital, social media, newsletter, etc.) to enhance brand awareness, generate
leads, and drive conversions.
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts, ensuring messaging, visuals,
and communications align with the brand's identity
• Help laCollection’s team with the organization of art fairs and trade shows
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing initiatives and make data-
driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies

Operations – 30%
• Help the CoS to implement a performance driven culture within the organization:
• Build and improving dashboards to better track performance and take the best business
decisions
• Create tools and/or process to prioritize ongoing projects
• Design continuous improvement and semi-automation of our processes

You would be an amazing candidate if you demonstrate the


following attributes:
• Student in a business, communication or art school looking for a gap year, end-of-study
internship, or an apprenticeship.
• At least one previous work experience, preferably in marketing or growth B2C in a tech
startup
• Strong communicator, and a trusted problem solver
• Able to manage multiple tasks and cross-functional projects simultaneously
• You like to build relationships - collaboration comes easily to you, whether internally or
externally
• Entrepreneur mindset, you are happy to start something big from scratch
• Passionate about art and/or tech, particularly in NFTs
