ASSOCIATE PRODUCT MANAGER

As Associate Product Manager you will build amazing products and features to be used by millions of students.
You will solve real life problems of our users through design, data and technology.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Drive product development by collaborating with cross-functional teams of world-class engineers, designers,
business development managers, marketers, and other product leads. ● Manage all aspects of the product life
cycle including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, roadmap execution, customer needs, designs,
product requirement documents in coordination with Product Managers
● Define, monitor and analyze metrics for launched products and feed learnings back into the product
development process.
● Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas
● Coordinate with Engineering Team regularly to ensure timely delivery of product features An ideal candidate
would have
● Strong analytical and communication skills

● Start-up work experience or intern in similar role would be plus

ANALYST

Analysts are the eyes and ears of the company. As an Analyst, you will help all the teams and the company to
track and improve key metrics. You will have a huge amount of data at your disposal, and will derive valuable
and meaningful insights out of it.

Role and Responsibilities

● Gather, clean and analyze data to reveal valuable insights.
● Build and apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to see beyond the
numbers
● Create data models and automate data collection to update plans and inform strategy
● Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of various teams and
company as a whole.
● Best practice research, peer and competitor review. Understand and stay up-to-date on industry trends,
competitive landscape and internal product development efforts

● Conduct interviews and feedback sessions with internal team and end users and recommend enhancement
in the product and processes
● Work closely with heads and managers of Business, Product, Marketing, Content and Technology Team An
ideal candidate would have:
● Very strong analytical skills
● Excellent data analysis skills, ideally with a technical qualificaƟon for manipulaƟng data using Excel, R,
Python etc.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

At Testbook you will be working on the latest technologies and your role would be to build scalable product
features and solve engineering challenges. As a software developer, you would be working on any of these
Android Development ( Kotlin, MVVM, Java) Backend Development (GoLang, MongoDB, Microservices, Redis,
Kafka, Redis) Data Engineering ( Python, DAGs, BigData ) Frontend Development (JS, ReactJS, Redux, AngularJS)
Requirements: - Very good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms - Very good understanding of at least
1 programming language - Knowledge of the technologies mentioned above is a plus - Understanding of git and
version control is a plus - Good knowledge and understanding for User Experience, Products, Product Features
