IV. MTAP and SCIENCE TRAINING- OPEN TO ALL STUDENTS FROM GRADES 1-10 FOR
EIGHT SESSIONS FOR ONLY 200.00 PESOS. PARENTS WILL PAY AFTER ON OR BEFORE
EIGHT SESSION WILL END.
Grades 4-10 Schedule Every Friday Afternoon Starting June 30, July 7, 14, 21,28, August 4,
11 & 18
Grades 1-3 Schedule Every Saturday Morning Starting July 1, 8,15,22,29, August 5, 12, 19
After the eight session will be the School Elimination if whoever becomes on the top, will
be the representative of the MTAP & Science DepEd Division contest.

V. NSO Birth Certificate all students (Please give to class adviser)/ Report Card those who
are transferees and we will be giving Request Letter for the FORM 137 deadline on or
before August 15, 2017

VI. PASS (Performance Assessment of Standards and Skills )

 Students from Grades 1-10 will take the PASS DIAGNOSTIC Test every June and PASS Achievement Test every March.
Scheduled Date for Diagnostic Test (June 28, 2017 Wednesday) Pre-school (Nursery 1 to Kindergarten also will have
DIAGNOSTIC EXAM.
Payment of the GRACE/PASS Diagnostic Test From to October for a monthly of 60 pesos , per exam is 240.00
Then Achievement test PASS from November to March for only 240.00 for a monthly of 60.00 pesos
 The school will compare the result of those tests to check and maintain the good academic standard

VIII. White notebook/Assignment Notebook- Serves as Communication wherein all the
Announcements will be written or placed at the Assignment and also the Assignments of your
child on its scheduled assignment subject. Please check the assignment notebook everyday.
IX. JOURNAL NOTEBOOK- serves as writing sentence/s everyday of what your child have does on that day.

Two(2) days before the Monthly Test, there will be Review Days, a Review Quiz (Long
Quiz) will be conducted.

1st day: English & Sibika at Kultura/HEKASI/Araling Panlipunan
2nd day: Math & GMRC/Values Education
3rd day: Science & Filipino

affirm and acknowledge the contribution of the awardees
In case of external sponsors, they shall be regulated by the school. These awards should be
consistent with Deped’s Mission, Vission and Core Values
-MEANING ALL EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES ARE INCLUDED IN COMPUTATION
OF GRADES BUT NOT ANYMORE 70%-30% BUT IT IS COMPUTED BASED IN THE
RUBRICS OF PERFORMANCE TASK .

- given to learners who have attained a Gen.Ave. of at least 90 and


passing final grade in all learning areas.

XII. Others

 Earth Day
Reasons why PALCCI has Earth Day:
- The school is teaching the students how to conserve energy.
- The air-condition that produces CFC (Chloro-fluoro-carbon)
will destroy the ozone layer.
-Most of the activities during the Interest Day are outdoors
 Absences and Excuses
- If they have fever they should really not come to school.
- It is not considered excused if:
-not medical
-no excuse ahead of time
 Pulling out child during class hours
-parents should ask permit from the office

Exam Permits:
 For July to March, parents will be the one to secure for their child’s permits. (We will be
strictly implementing the NO Permit No Exam)
Note: Secure permit one day before the test.

 Call and text are not allowed. If anyone fails to comply with the stipulated date of payment of the previous
balance, means you cannot avail of further promissory notes
