 ABSTRACT

The main objectives are to analyses the organizational structure, sales and responsibilities of all
department of "SRI MAHAN TEXTILES & READYMADES ". The study focuses on how each
department functions in the organization. It also focuses to get familiar with the various
functional areas such as production, sales and accounting, the study also place its focus on the
general details such as the nature of the business, ownership details, stakeholders, products and
services etc.

This study is based on different aspects and dimensions of different department organization. The
first chapter of the report explains about introduction, company profile. The second chapter
describes the organization structure and third chapter of the report gives information about the
roles and responsibilities of all departments in the organisation.

One of the distinguishing features of this internship is the exposure to a diverse portfolio of audit
engagements. Interns will have the opportunity to work on audits across various industries, from
financial services to healthcare, gaining a holistic understanding of the unique challenges and
nuances present in each sector. This exposure enhances their adaptability and equips them with
the ability to tailor auditing approaches to different organizational contexts.

Throughout the internship, a strong emphasis is placed on fostering critical thinking and
problem-solving abilities. Interns will actively engage in discussions, brainstorming sessions, and
simulations to hone their analytical skills. They will also participate in client interactions,
improving their communication and client relationship management skills, which are pivotal in
the auditing field.

The internship opportunity I had with SRI MAHAN TEXTILES AND READYMADES was a
great chance for learning and professional development. Therefore, I consider our self as a very
lucky as I was provided with an opportunity to be a part of it. I am grateful for having a chance to
