dissatisfaction with a recent online purchase from your company. I
purchased a keyboard on 2nd November, with the make and model
number being AKKO 5075. Unfortunately, my experience with this
product has been far from satisfactory.

Upon receiving the product, I realized that it was not as described in the
manufacturer's claims. the color of this keyboard is not the same as
description. besides, i don't connect with my laptop by USB port. This
specific issues have rendered it unsuitable for my needs.

In light of these problems, I kindly request a refund for this product. I


believe it is essential to address this issue promptly to ensure customer
satisfaction. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward
