Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing to complain about the service provided by your company.

Recently I bought a keyboard from your website (model A2). The keyboard arrived three days after
but when I tried to type something on my computer it did not work. So I decided to return it to you
the next day to exchange it for a working one. Unfortunately the second keyboard you sent me was
the wrong model so I decided to email you again and send it back one more time. I recieved the
keyboard today but when i unpacked it, opened it and tried to use it I found out that the keyboard is
damaged and it does not work.

I am very disappointed with the service your company has provided. I do not want to go through the
process of replacing the keyboard again so I am afraid I will not purchase any other equipment from
your website. I would be very grateful if you could send me a full refund for the keyboard and also
the cost of having to send it back to you multiple times.
