Re.: 2024 Native American STEM Fair

Greetings from the Quapaw Nation! We are gearing up for our annual STEM Fair. For 2024, we
are opening up the Fair to all Native American students, Kindergarten through Twelfth
grade in Oklahoma, Southeast Kansas, Southwest Missouri, and Northwest Arkansas.

 Native American students may enter on their own, as long as they have a chaperone
during the STEM Fair.
 Teachers may enter students as long as the students have chaperones during the STEM
Fair.
 Homeschool and private school Native American students are also welcome to enter the
STEM Fair with the same provision—chaperones for students entered.
Students will be responsible for their own project supplies this year. However, we will still
be able to provide some supplies for presentations (boards, art supplies, etc.).

This packet includes a list of the STEM divisions and special awards, a flyer for the 2024
STEM Fair, a STEM Fair Entry Form, a STEM Fair Permission Form, and an Information
sheet.
