On the occasion of the upcoming 59th College Day Celebration with the theme;
“WIT@59: Conquering All Odds and Soaring to excellence through the Digital World”,
The Chairperson of Spoken Poetry and Quiz bee would like to propose the following budget
for this two competition in Academic Events on February 9, 2023.

QUIZ BEE (1:00 pm, Audio Visual Room, RTS Campus) For the six (6) Participants and
four (4) Chairperson and possible faculty to everyone before the event.
For the snacks till February 9.

Participants 6 x 250= 1500

Chairperson 4 x 250 = 1000

SPOKEN POETRY (2:00 pm, STS Gymnasium, RTS Campus) For the two (2) Participants
and four (4) Chairperson and possible faculty to evaluate the piece before the event.
For the snacks till February 9.

Participants 2 x 200= 400
