NOTICE

Applications are invited for different posts in the prescribe format (as attached) for the
session 2022-23 related to the following sections of the Cultural Council:

1. Audio Section 9. Choreography and Dance Section

2. Cinematic Section 10. Dramatics Section
3. Lights Section 11. Music Section
4. Kshitij Magazine 12. Fine Art
5. Standup Comedy 13. Culinary Club
6. Quizzing 14. Debating
7. Photography 15. Podcast
8. Irmun 16. Cinema Club

Various posts:

Secretary: 1 for each section (UG 4th year/PG 2nd year)

Additional Secretary: 1 or 2 for each section (UG 4th year/PG 2nd year) Joint
Secretary: 4 for each section (UG 2nd/3rd/4th year)

Interested students can collect the application form through email (culsoc@iitr.ac.in) to the
Cultural Council on or before 5thMay, 2022. Date of Interview will be communicate
subsequently.

A CGPA of minimum 7.0 is required for the post of Secretary and minimum 6.5 for Additional
& Joint Secretaries.

Copy of grade sheet must be attached with the application form.

Write up should be attached in separate page along with the application form,
