MAIN POINT 1 Did you know that if you do a meal planning it will
help you to save a time.
SUB-POINT 1 To begin with, meal planning for the week can help
you manage your time better. We spend a lot of time
deciding what to eat, shopping, cooking, and then
cleaning up after dinner. By planning ahead and
organizing your meals, it means you won't have to go
to the stores last minute and reduce aimless wandering
and spending while you're there. Instead of wasting
time figuring out what to cook or whether you should

also can learn about portion control.
SUB-POINT 2 Planning your own meals will allow you to see how
much you’re actually eating. This also prevents you
from overeating at restaurants, which tend to serve a
way bigger portion than you should actually be eating.
By planning your own meals gives your insight into
what a portion really is. That’s means; meal planning
gives you a control and choice over ingredients. As
you plan your meals, keep portion sizes in mind and
remember that vegetables and fruits should cover half
your plate, lean protein should cover a quarter, and the
rest of your plate should include whole grains. We are
so used to consuming more than we should by eating
larger portions than our bodies actually need. By
making it a habit to planning meals, you can control
the foods and ingredients in all of your meals and be
able you control your portions sizes, which means
you’ll be less likely to overeat. Beside It's easier to
avoid problematic food allergens and to incorporate
ingredients that support diets for your specific health,
such as low carb, vegetarian, and dairy-free or gluten-
free diets
