Wind load from panel to Transom = (0.43) x 4.26 / 1.3 = 1.41 kN/m.
Load form the Top & Bottom Panel = 1.41 x 2.0 = 2.82 kN/m
Dead Load:
It is assume that the glass above the transom, transfer the load to the Bottom transom

Add 25% of glass weight for Transom & Fixtures = 1.25 x 0.34 = 0.43 kN/m

ANALYSIS OF SUBFRAMES:
a. Vertical Sub frame:
The dead Load is transferred to the Horizontal sub frame. Hence the Vertical Sub frame
will be subjected to wind load only.

Unsupported Span of the Vertical Subframe = 0.30 m
Wind load from panel to Vertical Subframe = 0.52 x 4.26 / 1.45= 1.53 kN/m.
Bending moment due to wind load = 1.53 x 0.3 x 0.3/8
= 0.018 kN-m.

b. Horizontal Sub frame:
The dead Load is transferred to the Horizontal sub frame. Hence the Horizontal Sub
frame will be subjected to both dead load & wind load.

Unsupported Span of the Horizontal Subframe = 0.30 m
Wind load from panel to Horizontal Subframe = 0.43 x 4.26 / 1.30 = 1.41 kN/m.
Dead Load:
It is assume that the glass above the transom, transfer the load to the Bottom Subframe.

Glass Thickness for calculation = 13.52 mm
Weight of the Glass on Frame = 0.01352 x 1.30 x 25 = 0.44 kN/m

Hor. Sub frame Load = 1069 x 10 -6 x 27 = 0.03 kN/m
Total Dead Load on Hor. Frame = 0.44 + 0.03 = 0.47 kN/m
Bending Moment:
Bending moment due to wind load = 1.41 x 0.3 x 0.3/8
= 0.02 kN-m
Bending moment due to Dead load = 0.47 x 0.3 x 0.3/8
= 0.006 kN-m
