Dear HR Manager;

I am interested in Commie 2 (Pastry) at Atlantis, The Palm, which I found

through one of the chef working in Atlantis. I am currently working as Intern at
Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek. I firmly believe that both the skill and
experience that I have gained at this position which make me an ideal candidate
for this position.
As an intern, I have developed strong operational skill. For Example, Though I
am trainee my main duties at my current place to do mise-en-place of pastries
for various banquet events and cakeshop. The cakeshop of my hotel is one of
the busiest and good revenue generating outlet. I have learned to complete my
assigned task and duty very responsibly.
I have also gained extensive research skills and experience in my time with
current company. While I am good at all aspects of my job, my true talent lies in
providing good customer satisfaction through quality of Food and dessert that I
prepare. I believe that I am representing the hotel through my skill. I am
always eager to learn more about company and to polish my skill also.
I would enjoy to bring my passion for my work to your company. And I am
confident in my abilities as quick learner. I welcome any training that you
would provide if I were to be brought on-board with your hotel.
