Working procedure XX Before start the replacen sit of Swit motor, pertor ng procedures of 1 to 3. 2% When assembling the hydraulic circuit, clean the surroundings of disassembled parts with part cleaner or others and then start the work. Tighten the oil filler cap (1) of hydraulic tank and bolt of return filer cap (2) loosened in procedures of 1. and 2. as before. (@) Inlet side hose of drain filter of swing motor <8> Part No. of plug: y 21W-62-99915 Disconnect the inlet side hose of drain filter of swing motor at the position (a) and install the plug (b) on the filter side. Prepare the oil reservoir (b, pail can or others.) then put in the joint of hose disconnected in procedure of 6. into the oi reservoir. Start the engine, then rotate the swing motor slowly at engine low idling speed, ‘Stop the engine after 10 to 20 L of cil flowing out. It will ake 30 sec. for 20 L of hydraulic oil lowing out. (©) Oil reservoir Loosen the oil filler cap (1) of hydraulic tank, then remove the plug (6) and connect the hose disconnected in procedure 6. 10.
