A student who officially withdraws from the college during the first five weeks of a semester is entitled to
a partial refund of TUITION FEES ONLY in accordance with the following schedule:-
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD REFUND
Within two weeks : 80%
Between two and four weeks : 40%
Between Four and Five weeks : 60%
Refunds are based on the date the administration accepts the withdrawal application, not the date the
student signs it, and a withdrawal can only be accepted for a reason the administration deems valid.
