Project Law Terms and Conditions
1. intellectual Property Rights:

- All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to design concepts, plans, and drawings, shall remain the exclusive property of PATAKI EcoDesign Ltd.
- The client acknowledges that these intellectual property rights are protected by copyright and agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use the designs for any
purpose other than the intended project without the explicit written consent of PATAKI EcoDesign Ltd.

2. Project Execution Approval:

- The client agrees that no construction or execution of the design shall commence without the official written approval of PATAKI EcoDesign Ltd.
- Any unauthorized execution of the design will be considered a breach of contract and may result in legal action.

3. Alterations and Modifications:

- Any alterations or modifications to the approved design must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- PATAKI EcoDesign Ltd. reserves the right to withhold approval for alterations that may compromise the integrity of the design.

4. Confidentiality:
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the project.
- The client shall not disclose, reproduce, or use the design concepts for any purpose other than the agreed project without written consent.

5. Governing Law:
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved
through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, through legal proceedings.

6. Termination:
- Either party may terminate this agreement in the event of a material breach by the other party.
- Termination shall be communicated in writing and may be subject to compensation for work already performed.

By engaging in this project, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
