Dear Ashray,

We are pleased to offer you a position as an Intern for AMI in our Customer Engineering
Group.

Your internship will start on January 22, 2024 and is expected to end around May 8, 2024.
You will be expected to work part-time (around 20 hours per week). Your hourly rate will be
$22.00/hour. Currently this position will report to Satheesh Thomas.

Your role will be remote. Your manager will provide you with additional information about
working remotely.

Your internship is contingent upon satisfactory references, a clear background check

and valid USA work authorization. All new hires are required to (a) produce documents
proving their identity and employment eligibility and (b) complete government INS Form
1-9 indicating that they are eligible for employment.

As an Intern, you will not be entitled to any benefits including, but not limited to, paid
holidays, vacations, sick leave and other leaves of absences.

You will be required to sign an Employee Proprietary Information, Assignment, Non-Compete,

and Non-Solicitation Agreement when employed and to follow all company policies and
procedures. You should not bring any confidential intellectual property like confidential
documents from your previous employer(s).

Your internship with AMI is and will be at all times "at-will" and you are free to resign at
any time. Similarly, while we hope our relationship will be mutually beneficial, we are
free to terminate your internship at any time when we feel it is appropriate "at-will", with
or without cause or notice.

This offer supersedes all the verbal and written promises or offers that may have been made
during the interview or any other time. If you accept this internship position, please sign and
