Dear Parents and Guardians,

Greetings in our Immaculate Mother!
I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of you for your understanding and patience as
we face this very challenging year amidst all the adjustments and difficulties. Just bear in mind
that after a storm there will always be a rainbow.
As we prepare for the Season of Advent, we hope and pray that God will continue to bless us
with the graces we need everyday especially for good health and protection from any harm
against body/spirit, and from all calamities natural or man-made.
Our Second Periodical Test will be this coming December 3-5, 2020. In our meeting, we discuss
on what or how we will conduct the examination since we need an output, so as a body, we
decided to stick on Written and Performance Tasks as our bases in assessing our learners.

So, the procedure is the same as last Periodical Test. Test papers will be distributed at the
specific Municipality by the assigned teachers. Parents/guardians are asked to pick-up the test
papers between 8:00-8:30 am and return it to the same place between 1:00-2:00 pm. Late test
papers will be dropped in school within that day.

Bilar – at the school Carmen & Sierra Bullones – Carmen Church

Batuan – Batuan Kiosk (in front of the Municipal Hall) Loboc & Sevilla – C5 Gasoline Station

Note: 1.This schedule is for Grades 1 to 10 since Grade 1 can read already.
2. Billing statement was attached in your child/children’s Report Card.
