Poly-Clean Screening Media is the solution you have been waiting for
that will enable you to efficiently screen your material even in the most
demanding conditions. Whether your feed material is damp and sticky or
is prone to pegging, Poly-Clean will screen it producing cleaner product.
Combining the wear resistant properties of polyurethane with the open
area of wire media, Poly-Clean will last longer and outperform traditional
wire cloth. Metso introduces three new weave configurations that can be
tailored to your individual application solving your production problems
Dual Durometer Technology
Poly-Clean Screen Media has a flexible inner core allowing
greater vibration of the individual wires; this inhibits the
buildup of material over the screening surface preventing
blinding and increases the efficiency of the deck. This flexible
core is caped with a wear resistant layer that maximizes the
life of the media.

Wear Indicator - Plan your down-time

The color coded polyurethane strips allow the user to quan-
tify wear life and plan for future panel change outs, eliminat-
ing unexpected shut downs and product contamination.
